Upon arrival at Bari airport or train station meet and assist. Enjoy a private transfer to Trani, the jewel of the Adriatic coast. Take advantage of free time to immerse in the charm of the sea breeze and the winding alleys of the old town. Overnight stay in Trani at Palazzo Paciotti 4* or similar. 

At 10 am, meet at Santa Teresa Church and head to Castel del Monte, the iconic eight-sided fortress built by Frederick II and a UNESCO-listed treasure. After the guided tour, return to Trani for a wine experience dedicated to the renowned Moscato di Trani, including a guided tasting and an introduction to local wine traditions. The afternoon is free. At 6 pm, enjoy a sunset guided tour with an aperitif, visiting the Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter and the Villa Comunale. Overnight stay in Trani at Palazzo Paciotti or similar. Check-out and departure from Santa Teresa Church at 9 am. A morning immersed in tradition with a hands-on experience at a local Apulian dairy, where you'll craft mozzarella and burrata yourself. Wrap up with a guided visit to a local olive oil mill, complete with a tasting of high-quality extra virgin olive oil - the "liquid gold" of Puglia. Morning departure for Alberobello and a guided walk through the UNESCO-listed trulli district, meeting local artisans and hearing the stories behind these unique dry-stone houses. Continue to Polignano a Mare for tasting stops featuring traditional focaccia and the famous Polignano coffee, followed by a walking tour through the historic centre and its panoramic sea-view terraces. Return to Bari afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Bari at Hotel Boston or similar. (B)

Check-out and departure for Matera, the extraordinary stone-carved city listed by UNESCO. Guided tour of the Sassi district, including a cave house, a rupestrian church and an Amaro Lucano tasting. Free time until 2pm to explore or have lunch, then transfer to Bari Airport or Bari Centrale Railway Station (B).
